Oupa is a qualified Professional Master Practitioner in Real Estate and Associate General Accountant. He is responsible for ensuring BDM and clients comply with relevant laws and regulations.
He is responsible for review and approval of budgets, monthly financial reports and annual financial statements.
He has been in the property industry for at least four years. He is tax practitioner, experienced external auditor over five years audit and in the public sector.
He is chairperson of the Board of Trustees of a Body Corporate and have knowledge and experience of CSOS, Sectional title management Act, Property Practitioners Act and EAAB.
He is an analyst with good negotiation & relationship management skills and abilities in liaising with banks, financial institutions, regulatory authorities & other agencies.
Disego Debeila
CA (SA): Chief Operating Officer and Secretary
Disego is a qualified Chartered Accountant, tax practitioner and successfully completed the IRBA programme gaining eligibility to be a registered auditor with over eight years audit and accounting experience in the public sector.
As a secretary and COO, he is responsible for overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives. He is also responsible for legal matters and record keeping for both BDM and clients.
He is responsible for review of budgets, monthly financial reports and annual financial statements.
He is a strategic planner with proven ability to develop short and long term strategies, improve operations, impact business growth and maximize profits
He is an effective communicator with leadership, mentoring & report writing skills and proven ability to create new business
He is a former trustee in the body corporate, financial advisor and the board member in various non-profit organizations.
Ally Moholola
CA (SA): Chief Financial Officer
Ally is a registered Chartered Accountant (SA) and has more than 9 years’ experience rendering accounting and audit services to clients in both the public and private sector.
As an Accredited Trainer, Ally is responsible for learning and development within the company. He will facilitate trainings to capacitate both BDM employees and clients about Sectional titles act, CSOS, Property Practitioners Act and other relevant regulations and laws.
Ally has been the Chairperson of Board of Trustees of one of the largest Body Corporate (82 units) in Polokwane for more than 3 years. With assistance from fellow Trustees, he managed to implement cost cutting measures and effective debt collection methods.
Ally has extensive knowledge in preparing financial statements and cash flow forecast. He is responsible for preparation of budgets, monthly financial reports and annual financial statements.
Jane Rankoe
Accountant and Administrator
Diploma in Financial Management.
