BDM Property Management Agency (Pty) Ltd (BDM) is a Real Estate company that specialise in managing properties. The Company was established by Oupa Baloyi AGA (SA) MPRE, Disego Debeila CA (SA), Ally Moholola CA (SA). Its Head office is in Polokwane.
As a compulsory requirement, the company is certified by Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) to manage properties. BDM’s Fidelity Fund Certificate number: Ref no: F148205. Refer to attached Fidelity Fund Certificate to validate our compliance with EAAB and Property Practitioners Act.
BDM is a company of Professional Property Practitioner in Real Estate (PPRE), Chartered Accountants, Auditors. All our shareholders have thorough understanding of sectional title schemes or property management as they are currently serving on Board of Trustees of Body Corporates. Company Principal, Oupa has been in the Property industry for at least four years.
Shareholders of BDM analysed the Property Market and saw a need to form a company that will solve current and future financial or economic challenges faced by Sectional title schemes (Body Corporates and Commercial). BDM has been approved by Community Service Ombuds Scheme (CSOS) to be on their panel of Executive Managing Agents with effect from 6 November 2021. This is due to the extensive knowledge and experience attained by the team in the industry which includes among others effective scheme administration and interpretation of the sectional titles scheme acts and regulations.
Some of Sectional Titles Schemes are ageing and need to be maintained frequently. With BDM, you have three shareholders who have extensive financial management skills. We will implement cost cutting measures and advice on reasonable and affordable investments for cash injections.
We partner with qualified debt collectors to recover outstanding debts.

Community Service
We are committed to spent at least 1% of our profit, annually on community projects. Projects will be audited by independent auditor and a report will be published on our website.
